Its time for your checkride!

Due to high demand and scheduling complexities, I require a checkride request form to be submitted.

As an opening comes up, I will reach out via text, phone call, or email to get you scheduled. This will usually be within a few weeks (not guaranteed), and will be within your requested notice requirement.

Checkrides will only be scheduled from this list in a first-come, first-served manner depending on which airport I will be at that day. Direct scheduling through email, text, phone calls will not be accepted.

NOTE: Due to high demand within the Columbus FSDO, priority will be given to those airports first. If you are outside the Columbus FSDO, I will keep you on the list but scheduling times may vary.
